Planets
Simulation tools related to planets include:
-
roche - an N-body dynamics simulator illustrating tidal disruption
roche uses a direct N-body integrator to follow the evolution of a self-gravitating cloud of particles in the gravitational potential of a planet..

tango - exoplanet light curve simulator
tango is based on Oscar Barragán's tango tool for calculating the light curves of stars orbited by exoplanets. Users can specify orbital parameters for up to ten exoplanets and upload their own data files containing observed light curves for comparison with a model. Several presets with observed data are available.
